East Riding of Yorkshire Council seeks an experienced HR leader to head People Services and guide the organisation through transformation and workforce modernisation. You will provide strategic HR leadership, trusted advice and governance across a large, complex council.

The role requires Chartered MCIPD or equivalent, and a proven track record of leading high-performing HR services, workforce planning and employee relations at senior levels. Internal applicants only.

• Chartered MCIPD or equivalent qualification.
• Significant HR experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading high-performing HR services and organisational change.
• Ability to work with senior leaders, members and trade unions.
