Job summary

La Fosse is recruiting a Group Head of AI & Emerging Technologies in London. The role shapes AI strategy across a federated international business and oversees governance, standards and adoption.

Reporting to the Group CTO, you will lead PoCs, identify high-value AI opportunities, and build an AI Centre of Excellence, with a hybrid working pattern and travel across the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong AI/ML background with hands-on delivery.
• Experience in large federated organisations and partnering with C-suite.
• Proven PoC to production delivery and measurable business value.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AI and Innovation frameworks, governance and standards.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities with CIOs and senior leaders.
• Lead hands-on PoCs and incubation from concept to value and scale.
• Horizon-scan AI and emerging tech for relevance to the Group.
• Replicate successful innovation across businesses and build partnerships.
• Develop reusable AI blueprints and reference implementations.
• Lead adoption and grow AI and innovation communities.
