Job summary

La Fosse is expanding its AI practice with a newly created role focused on identifying, building and scaling practical AI solutions across the business. You will operate at the intersection of AI, technology and transformation, working hands-on with modern AI tools while engaging with stakeholders.

The role is part of a growing AI pod responsible for designing, deploying AI-powered workflows, agents and proofs-of-concepts, and supporting governance, adoption and enablement across functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT)
• Experience bridging AI and business outcomes
• Strong communication with stakeholders across functions

Responsibilities

• Design AI agents, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts using modern AI platforms
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes with AI
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to shape AI use cases from concept to delivery
• Support governance, adoption, and training for AI initiatives
• Define success metrics, ROI, and scalable AI governance practices
• Facilitate workshops translating business challenges into practical AI solutions
