Job summary
La Fosse in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI transformation programmes, blending deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management.
You’ll head teams delivering complex AI solutions and help clients unlock value from GenAI, LLM and Agentic AI across Financial Services, Government, and other sectors.
The role is hybrid (1 day in the office) with a salary up to £140k plus guaranteed profit share, backed by senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience within AI, ML or Data Science.
- Consulting experience from firms such as Accenture, Capgemini, EPAM, Big 4 or similar.
- Strong experience delivering client-facing technology programmes.
- Deep expertise across AI Engineering, ML Engineering and GenAI.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI solutions.
- Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Previous team leadership or people management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale AI and ML engineering programmes
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams
- Drive solution design across GenAI, LLM, RAG and Agentic AI use cases
- Support business development and contribute to the sales lifecycle
- Help shape the future direction of a rapidly growing AI practice
