Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents, copilots or conversational AI solutions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services or enterprise data platforms.
- Understanding of AI governance, security and operational controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Working with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Developing conversational experiences, prompts, workflows and integrations.
- Connecting AI solutions to enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric.
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to governance best practices.
- Monitoring and improving agent performance, reliability and user adoption.
- Collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects and Analytics teams to deliver business value through AI.
