Job summary

MTrec Limited is seeking an experienced Haulage and Warehouse Planning professional to drive outbound logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on order processing, transport planning, and coordination with carriers and warehouses. Excellent IT skills with CPMS/WMS and SAP are essential, with 3+ years in logistics; a can-do, calm approach will help manage daily challenges.

Qualifications

• Excellent IT literacy with CPMS/WMS and MS Word/Excel.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Haulage/logistics role in fast-moving manufacturing.
• SAP and WMS experience preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised, solve problems, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and track customer orders via electronic systems (EDI) or manually.
• Arrange transport using company vehicles, third-party transport, and external partners.
• Keep within budget and costs for transport arrangements.
• Plan vehicle collections, deliveries and loading schedules.
• Maintain transport records and generate reports for managers.
• Collaborate with shift managers to ensure on-time departures.
• Communicate with customers to arrange transport and delivery times.
• Prepare customs and export paperwork accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with transport companies and warehouse teams to organise shipments.
• Process orders and information through external customer systems.
• Upload sales orders to customer systems.
• Maintain stock records and handle stock issues or adjustments.
• Organise paperwork for goods shipped to external warehouses.
