Job summary

Ark Workplace Risk is seeking a high-velocity Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand the firm’s footprint in risk, compliance and safety services. You will convert marketing-qualified leads and referrals into logos, then scale them into multi-year programs with recurring revenue.

Working closely with the Growth & Customer Success team and Marketing, you’ll run a fast-paced sales engine targeting £30k–£200k deals and a £1.5m annual new-business target.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B hunter with a track record of hitting quotas.
• Consultative sales skills that translate technical/services value to board level.
• Data-driven CRM management and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to close complex deals and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and qualify opportunities across ICPs.
• Convert inbound leads into high-quality appointments and opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close with rapid velocity.
• Build tailored proposals for QUOODA SaaS, consulting and managed services.
