Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with financial discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
• 3–4 years post-qualification experience in corporate development or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition, partnership and strategic investment opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation and due diligence for targets.
• Support integration planning and synergy tracking post-deal.
• Develop management reporting, KPI dashboards and board packs.
• Monitor market developments in wealth management and professional services.
