The successful candidate will lead the team across mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and restructurings, while developing talent and coordinating with colleagues in other offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and restructurings.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full range of corporate work: mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity.
• Drive growth for the Sheffield team and nurture talent across offices.
• Collaborate with senior management and maintain business development momentum.
