Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks an experienced Strategic Growth Lead to shape strategy, define delivery objectives and grow the PMCM Buildings business across the UK. The role involves market development, client engagement and strategic partnerships, with travel across UK offices.

As a leader on the PMCM Buildings Leadership Team, you will define growth plans, build a strong portfolio, and work closely with sector leads to align resources and drive sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a client-facing environment.
• Proven expertise in properties and buildings sector with market knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance and drive outcomes.
• Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• Membership of a recognised professional body (APM, ICE, IET).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PMCM Buildings Growth Strategy in line with regional/global objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Government, Education, Mission Critical and Life Sciences.
• Expand WSP’s presence by leveraging existing client relationships and establishing new strategic connections.
• Lead a structured key account management framework and deliver annual growth objectives.
