Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Lead to shape strategy, set delivery objectives and grow the PMCM Buildings business in the UK. The role focuses on market development, client engagement and strategic partnerships to build a robust project portfolio across the UK&I.

The position is based primarily in the UK with travel across UK offices, reporting to the PMCM Buildings Group Director and collaborating with the Buildings market leadership to deliver growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a client-facing environment.
• Proven expertise in properties and buildings sector with market knowledge and client relationships.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PMCM Buildings Growth Strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Government, Education, Mission Critical and Life Sciences.
• Expand presence by leveraging client relationships and establishing strategic connections.
• Lead client engagements, capture pursuits and deliver a strong client experience.
