Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Lead to shape strategy, set delivery objectives and grow the PMCM Buildings portfolio across the UK. This senior role will drive market development, client engagement, and strategic partnerships, with travel across UK offices and a focus on sustainable business performance.

The role reports to the PMCM Buildings Group Director and sits within the Buildings Leadership Team, collaborating with sector leads to align resources and

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a client-facing environment.
• Proven expertise in properties and buildings sector, market knowledge and established client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive business outcomes.
• Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. APM, ICE, IET).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PMCM Buildings Growth Strategy in the UK.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Government, Education, Mission Critical and Life Sciences.
• Expand WSP’s presence by leveraging client relationships and establishing new strategic connections.
• Lead capture for key pursuits and deliver an effective client experience.
