WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Lead to shape strategy, define delivery objectives and grow the PMCM Buildings sector across the UK.

The role involves travel to different UK offices and close collaboration with the PMCM Buildings Group Director and sector leads to strengthen market position. You will drive market development, identify opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Government, Education, Mission Critical and Life Sciences, and lead strategic partnerships

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a client-facing environment.
• Proven expertise in properties and buildings sector, market knowledge and established client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive business outcomes.
• Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g. APM, ICE, IET).

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the PMCM Buildings Growth Strategy, aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Government, Education, Mission Critical and Life Sciences.
• Expand WSP’s presence by leveraging client relationships and establishing strategic connections.
• Shape strategic propositions, lead capture for key pursuits and deliver an effective client experience.
• Build and maintain a strong network of senior client relationships across sub-sectors.
• Lead a structured key account management framework with annual growth objectives.
• Represent WSP at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
• Collaborate with PMCM Group Directors to align resource planning with demand.
• Ensure a robust, sustainable pipeline of opportunities across Buildings.
• Work closely with wider WSP business to achieve growth objectives.
