Dormor Machine & Engineering, a Middlesbrough-based precision machining specialist, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across nuclear, offshore wind and other critical sectors. You will identify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to deliver tailored solutions.

You will build strong customer relationships, prepare proposals, and mentor junior commercial staff while contributing to long-term commercial strategy.

Competenze

• Experience in business development, sales or account management within engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of precision machining and subcontract manufacturing.
• Experience with regulated industries (nuclear, offshore wind) and ISO 9001 knowledge.
