PRS IN VIVO is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Director to expand our client base and convert opportunities into revenue growth. You will work with UK leadership to identify and pursue strategic opportunities, shaping high-value solutions with expert insight teams.

This role emphasizes strategic relationship development, collaborative selling and leadership across FMCG, shopper, packaging and innovation sectors. Hybrid work with three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in identifying and converting opportunities.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape solutions.
• Experience building high-value client partnerships and revenue growth.
• Capacity to manage multiple opportunities in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort discussing revenue, pricing, margins and growth strategies.
• Ability to translate content into commercial opportunities.
