Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale defence programs or DSTL collaborations.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior customer engagement skills.
• Understanding of capture and bid processes in UK defence context.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth across a DSTL pipeline of £3bn over three years.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities and hand over qualified opportunities to the Capture team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and DSTL stakeholders to align messaging and strategy.
• Develop and drive growth strategy across DSTL; identify new opportunities and capabilities.
• Lead major capture activities, bids and proposals for high-value programmes.
