Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting a Group Management Accountant for a rapidly growing multi-site business in Tamworth. Reporting to senior leadership, the role offers exposure to strategic projects, financial reporting, compliance and commercial decision‑making as the company expands through acquisitions and organic growth.

The successful candidate will produce monthly management accounts and group reporting, prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts, oversee intercompany invoicing, KPI

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with experience in management accounting.
• Experience producing management accounts and group reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Experience with intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with compliance, HMRC reporting, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and group reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Analyse financial performance and report KPIs.
• Prepare board packs and management information.
• Manage intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
• Support acquisitions and integration projects.
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance processes.
• Liaise with HMRC over excise duty and fuel reporting.
• Support directors with strategic financial decision-making.
• Identify finance process improvements and system development.
