Workforce Staffing Ltd seeks an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing multi-site business in Tamworth. You will be responsible for monthly management accounts, budgets, and KPI reporting, supporting expansion and strategic initiatives.

The role involves intercompany reconciliations, financial controls, and liaising with leadership to guide commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with relevant accounting qualifications.
• Experience in management accounting in multi-site or commodity trading is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting.
• Experience with HMRC reporting would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and group reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Perform financial analysis and business performance reporting.
• Prepare board packs and management information.
