Qualificações

• Significant senior-level compliance experience within fiduciary, trust, private client or similarly regulated environments.
• Proven experience operating across multi-jurisdictional structures.
• Strong track record of improving or transforming compliance operating models, processes or frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Set and own the Group compliance strategy focused on regulatory alignment and commercial objectives.
• Lead a review of the existing compliance operating model across jurisdictions.
• Provide oversight on the interpretation and application of regulatory requirements across the Group.
