Job summary

BOCI is seeking a Compliance professional in Greater London to support the Compliance team in monitoring regulatory strategies and carrying out compliance tasks. The role includes preparing reports for global offices and ensuring adherence to regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of compliance experience, a degree or professional qualification, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Compliance role.
• Solid understanding of Financial Crime regulations and wholesale banking products.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle Risk Management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Compliance team in executing its Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Update and write new policies for BOCI Global Commodities UK Limited.
• Prepare Management Information reports for Beijing and Hong Kong offices.
• Assist with Financial Crime tasks, including Transaction Monitoring reports.
• Ensure staff compliance with FCA Handbook and LME and ICE Rule Books.
