Bauer Media Group is seeking a proactive professional to join the Commercial Delivery Team in London. You will coordinate multi-platform campaigns from booking to final delivery, ensuring on-time delivery, budgeting, and KPI alignment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication with internal and external partners, and a practical, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work from London offices is available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing creative, commercial or content-led projects and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong organisation and clear, confident communication with a range of internal and external partners.
• Proactive, practical approach to solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for creative branded content and storytelling across audio, social, visual, print or digital channels.

Responsabilités

• Manage multi-platform, multi-brand advertising campaigns from booking through to delivery.
• Build clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, and deliver campaigns on time, within budget and against agreed KPIs.
• Partner with clients on briefs and content ideas, managing expectations and providing an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate teams across events, marketing, podcasting, video, digital, audio production, programming and on-air production.
• Work with talent and talent agents, ensuring contracts, briefings and approvals are completed correctly.
• Support Senior Project Managers and Directors on complex campaigns, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to completion.
• Build trusted relationships across commercial, editorial, production and delivery teams.
