Job summary

BRE, a world-leading organisation for innovation, science and data in the built environment, is hiring a Senior Partnerships Engagement Manager to grow a portfolio of strategic partner relationships and support BRE's global expansion.

You will manage partner relationships, onboard them, identify growth opportunities, analyse performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders, collaborating with business development teams to drive value in the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership or account management with commercial impact.
• Proven ability to manage customer, partner or stakeholder relationships.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience with contracts, commercial agreements and risk management.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for partnerships.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data for improvement.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
• Knowledge of built environment, construction, sustainability or property sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with BRE's existing partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of Partnership Account Managers.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and drive value from partnerships.
• Work with business development teams to identify, assess and implement new partnership opportunities.
• Analyse partnership performance, risks and opportunities; provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor partner compliance with contractual obligations, standards and processes.
• Support preparation and review of partnership agreements with internal legal teams.
• Represent BRE at industry events in the UK and internationally.
• Respond to partner enquiries and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Produce reports and performance analyses to support decision-making and growth.
• Build internal relationships to align partnership activities across the business.
