The Senior Partnerships Engagement Manager will grow and nurture BRE's international partner network, onboarding new partners and driving value across agreements and performance.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and senior leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks, and support commercial decisions, while representing BRE at events and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Qualified or experienced in partnership management, account management or business development.
• Experience managing customer, partner or stakeholder relationships in a commercial setting.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and business judgement.
• Experience with contracts, commercial agreements and risk management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, internal and external.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Organised with time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach with passion for developing partnerships.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; IT confident.
• Knowledge of built environment, construction, sustainability or property sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with BRE's existing partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Support the onboarding and ongoing development of Partnership Account Managers.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and drive additional value from existing partnerships.
• Work with business development teams to identify, assess and implement new partnership opportunities.
• Analyse partnership performance, risks and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor partner compliance with contractual obligations, standards and agreed processes.
• Support the preparation and review of partnership agreements alongside internal legal teams.
• Represent BRE at industry events, forums and meetings in the UK and internationally.
• Respond to partner enquiries and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Produce reports and performance analysis to support effective decision-making and business growth.
• Build strong internal relationships to ensure partnership activities are aligned across the wider business.
