Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Geo Demand & Supply Planner to develop and maintain demand forecasts for ISG products across an assigned geography. You will collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain to translate insights into accurate plans, balancing customer demand with inventory.

The role emphasizes forecast accuracy, planning models, and reporting; you will prepare dashboards, support inventory strategies, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple product categories and planning horizons.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, business drivers, and customer demand patterns to improve forecast accuracy.
• Create and maintain planning assumptions and volume forecasts for products and options.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain to gather insights and incorporate them into forecasting.
• Facilitate forecast review and consensus planning discussions with key stakeholders.
• Monitor forecast performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide planning inputs to Supply Chain teams to support inventory strategies and product lifecycle changes.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and planning documentation.
