Lenovo seeks a Geo Demand & Supply Planner to develop and maintain demand forecasts for Infrastructure Solutions Group products across an assigned geography. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations and Supply Chain to translate business insights and market trends into accurate demand and supply plans.

The successful candidate will balance customer demand and inventory availability while supporting high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple product categories and planning horizons.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations and Supply Chain to translate insights into forecasts.
• Create and maintain planning assumptions and volume forecasts for products and options.
• Monitor forecast performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare regular planning reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
