Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to lead forecasting and inventory planning for ISG portfolios across Europe and META. You will partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align demand with inventory strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, balancing supply with demand, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or related SCM field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience leading cross-functional stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead demand and supply planning for ISG across Europe and META.
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using market trends and sales data.
Drive inventory strategies and balance customer requirements with revenue objectives.
Coordinate planning across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to support continuity and customer satisfaction.
