Job summary

Neko Health AB is redefining prevention and seeks an exceptional Business Recruiter to support hiring across G&A and business functions in the US and Europe. You will identify, attract, and close operators and business partners who build foundations and enable scalable growth.

Working with senior leaders, you’ll focus on quality, strategic alignment, and bringing in talent from high-growth companies and mission-driven organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments.
• Proven success hiring talent from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organisations.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-context environments.
• Excellent communicator with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Source proactively and creatively across US and Europe, tapping into diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on role design, organisational needs, and hiring prioritisation.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the quality and integrity of our brand.
• Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
