Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a senior HR leader to drive organisational design, workforce planning and culture across Corporate Functions and Product & Technology. You will partner with the Global People lead to translate business strategy into people priorities and programs, guiding leadership development and change initiatives with professional discretion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior HR leadership roles across multiple functions.
• Experience owning the people agenda at director level or above.
• Able to translate business strategy into people priorities and programs.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders and complex change programs.
• Knowledge of employment law relevant to HQ locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda across Corporate Functions and partner with the Global People lead.
• Lead workforce planning and organisational design across Legal, Finance, People and related functions.
• Build partnerships with leaders to embed Neko's culture and Vitals.
• Drive leadership development, performance management and engagement for leadership populations.
• Advise on compensation, mobility and promotions with Reward & Enablement.
• Lead change initiatives affecting structure or operating model.
• Manage employee relations with discretion and confidentiality.
• Use data and AI to inform decisions and deliver actionable insights.
