Job summary

Neko Health AB in London is seeking a senior HR business partner to lead the people agenda across Corporate Functions and to partner with the Global People lead on parts of the Product & Tech organisation. You will design organisation, workforce planning, culture and leadership development, driving strategic decisions with discretion.

The role requires 10+ years in senior HR leadership, with hands-on experience across multiple functions and a passion for culture, data-driven people

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience across organisational design, workforce planning, people strategy and culture.
• Experience owning leadership development and performance calibration outcomes for senior leadership.
• Fluent with people data and actively using AI in your own work.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and organisational design across Corporate Functions and partner with the Global People lead on related initiatives.
• Meet each function on its own terms, shaping structures as it matures and integrating practices.
• Build genuine partnerships with functional leaders and tailor support to each team’s needs.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner translating business strategy into people priorities and operating plans.
• Coach leaders on decisions that shape the organisation’s future, maintaining discretion and fairness.
• Lead change initiatives affecting structure or operating models, with clear scope and timelines.
