Job summary

St Vincent’s Hospice in Howwood is seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to help lead and develop fundraising. You will work with the Head of Fundraising to drive income targets and shape a busy programme of community, corporate, events and individual giving.

You will oversee a skilled team, build strong relationships with supporters and partners, and translate strategies into practical plans that deliver sustainable income growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in fundraising and income growth.
• Experience in leading a team and developing fundraising programmes.
• Strong relationship-building, organisational and communication skills.
