Job summary

St Vincent’s Hospice in Howwood is seeking an enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our team on a 12-week fixed-term contract. You will help deliver a range of community fundraising activities and build positive relationships with supporters, businesses and community groups.

Based in Howwood, you will engage people across Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire to support the hospice, working within a busy, target-driven environment and bringing energy and initiative to the role.

• Evidence of strong communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to work to targets in a busy fundraising environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fundraiser to join the St Vincent’s Hospice team on a 12-week fixed-term contract.

Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: St Vincent’s Hospice, Midton Road, Howwood, PA9 1AF

Working as part of our Fundraising Team, you will help deliver a range of community fundraising activities, build positive relationships with supporters, businesses and community groups, and encourage people across Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire to support the Hospice.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident, organised and comfortable engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds. You will bring energy and initiative to the role and be able to work effectively within a busy, target-focused environment.

Your work will help generate the vital income needed to support our compassionate care for people affected by life-limiting illness and their families.
