Job summary

St Vincent’s Hospice in Howwood is seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to help lead and develop fundraising. You will work with the Head of Fundraising to drive income targets and shape a busy programme of community, corporate, events and individual giving.

You will oversee a skilled team, build strong relationships with supporters and partners, and translate strategies into practical plans that deliver sustainable income growth.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fundraising Manager to help lead and develop fundraising at St Vincent’s Hospice.

Salary Range; £36,000-£40,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: St Vincent’s Hospice, Midton Road, Howwood, PA9 1AF

Working closely with the Head of Fundraising, you will support the delivery of our fundraising strategy, lead and develop members of the team, and help achieve ambitious income targets. You will oversee a varied programme of community, corporate, events and individual giving activity, ensuring that opportunities are effectively planned, delivered and evaluated.

You will be an experienced fundraiser and confident people manager, with strong relationship-building, organisational and communication skills. You will bring fresh ideas, sound judgement and a clear focus on delivering sustainable income growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our fundraising activity and generate the vital income needed to support people affected by life-limiting illness and their families across Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire.
