Hearing Dogs For Deaf People is seeking a Community Fundraising Manager to drive income growth across Scotland. This regional role focuses on expanding supporter-led activity, recruiting volunteers, and delivering a bold events programme that aligns with fundraising and service delivery teams.

You will steward relationships with local businesses and community groups, manage legacy conversations, and maximise regional engagement while meeting annual targets across the region.

Qualifications

Proven fundraising experience in charity or related sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and support the Community Fundraising team.

Responsibilities

Meet an annual income target for the region.
Deliver fundraising products and organise events in the region.
Recruit and support community volunteers and relationships with local groups.
Lead regional campaigns and legacy conversations.
Promote Hearing Dogs through local media and partnerships.
