Circet Energy is recruiting a Business Development Manager in East Kilbride to lead framework development and pre-contract positioning with UK DNOs and TOs. You will coordinate market engagement, understand procurement strategies and translate client needs into internal actions across estimating, commercial and technical teams.

You will build relationships, nurture opportunities through PQQ and tenders, and ensure readiness for major network projects amid evolving RIIO cycles.

Formación

• Experience in frameworks, pre-contract, client/account management or work winning within electricity networks or major infrastructure.
• Track record of managing framework qualification and tender activity with regulated utilities or infrastructure clients.
• Good understanding of DNO/TO procurement and stakeholders; UK electricity network relationships are desirable.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams through PQQ, tender and pre-award stages.

Responsabilidades

• Framework Strategy & Opportunity Management: monitor investment programmes, framework strategies and procurement routes.
• DNO & TO Client Engagement: engage with UK DNOs/TOs across asset, delivery, procurement, and commercial functions.
• Tender & Pre-Contract Coordination: coordinate market engagement, PQQ, bid/no-bid and tenders with internal teams.
• Internal Capability & Governance: provide market intelligence and identify readiness gaps to support investment decisions.
