Circet Energy (UK) is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive front-end growth across three core areas: network frameworks, EV infrastructure and renewable projects. You will position Circet as a trusted delivery partner early in the project lifecycle, engaging developers and investors to shape opportunities.
Based primarily in a UK office with travel to sites and client meetings, you will build strategic relationships with operators and contribute to market strategy and expansion
Circet is an international infrastructure services provider, delivering large-scale network build and maintenance across telecoms and energy sectors throughout Europe. In the UK, Circet is rapidly scaling its Energy business-building capability across electricity networks and related infrastructure to support increasing demand from network operators and the wider energy transition. Backed by strong investment and an established delivery platform, the business is focused on growing its presence across the UK through a combination of delivery excellence, client partnerships and targeted expansion.
The role will lead front-end growth across Circet Energy's UK business, focusing on three core areas: network frameworks, EV infrastructure and large-scale renewable projects. The objective is to position Circet as a trusted delivery partner early in the project lifecycle, shaping opportunities before they reach the market. Circet has an established foothold with distribution network operator clients including NPG, ESB and NIE. The next phase is targeted expansion‑securing work with additional mainland UK operators and establishing a position on transmission frameworks ahead of future regulatory cycles. In parallel, the business has secured significant EV programmes with CPOs such as Tesla and Connected Kerb. Leveraging a mature, agile delivery platform and strong Pan-European capability, there is a clear opportunity to scale this offering further. Alongside this, renewable infrastructure represents a key growth area. Working with internal specialists, you will engage early with developers and investors, helping to shape opportunities and position Circet to secure work as projects move toward procurement. This role sits at the centre of growth‑building pipeline, opening strategic relationships and converting opportunities into secured work. It requires a structured, commercially focused approach, ensuring Circet is consistently positioned where it matters, with the right clients, at the right time.
