Circet Energy are seeking a Bid Executive to join the team in Slough or East Kilbride. The role involves preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality bids across EV charging, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, and utility projects.

You will work with engineering, commercial, and operations teams to gather information and ensure compliant responses. The ideal candidate has experience in tendering, proposal development, and portal management.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering and procurement processes.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and document management skills.
• High attention to detail, with ability to interpret client requirements and documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit high-quality bids, tenders, PQQs, EOIs, and framework submissions.
• Support the production of compelling written responses that communicate Circet's technical expertise and value proposition.
• Gather information from cross-functional teams to support tender submissions.
• Review tender documents for client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Proofread and edit submissions for accuracy and consistency.
