Job summary

Frontier Economics is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and management reporting. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis and drive performance improvements across the organization.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, planning, and developing KPI-based management information, with strong emphasis on data quality and business intelligence using tools such as Power BI and Workday.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytics skills.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership teams.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with Workday and Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, collaborative, commercial mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience improving financial processes and automation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive reporting packs and provide analysis for senior leadership.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning with model development.
• Analyze practice performance, revenue, margins and profitability.
• Develop BI capabilities and data quality improvements with IT.
• Deliver forward-looking analysis and business cases; drive FP&A improvements.
