Job summary

Steer is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team. The role blends financial planning, modelling, business partnering and data analytics, with a strong emphasis on Power BI development and Excel-based modelling.

You will work with the Head of Strategic Finance and help shape finance across an international consultancy. The successful candidate will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, challenge assumptions and drive improvements in

Qualifications

Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis.
Advanced Excel modelling capability.
Qualified or nearing completion of CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting and quarterly reforecasting across units and regions.
Develop and maintain integrated financial models in Excel; analyse variances.
Develop Power BI dashboards and improve reporting across the group.
Partner with leaders to understand drivers of revenue and profitability and provide actionable insights.
Validate outputs and ensure data integrity across reports.
