Job summary

Cedar is seeking a data-savvy Senior FP&A Manager to shape financial strategy and deliver data-driven insights that influence executive decision-making. You will own FP&A reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling, partnering with budget owners and cross-functional teams to drive performance and scalable growth.

In this role, you will optimise FP&A outputs, prepare investor material, and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong commercial finance experience, ideally within a high-growth or consumer-led business (e-commerce/retail a plus).
• Experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, LightDash).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Driving strategic insight and financial performance by owning and optimising FP&A reporting ensuring accuracy across all outputs.
• Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, prepare compelling investor materials, and help deliver impactful business performance reviews.
• Work closely with budget owners and the wider finance team, identify risks and opportunities
• Deliver scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis, and partner on high-impact cross-functional projects.
• Lead on process improvements that enhance efficiency and scale within the commercial finance function.
