Job summary

QSRP group seeks an experienced Head of FP&A to steer budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business insight across our growing organization. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance, support decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

You will lead the FP&A function, develop meaningful financial insights, and foster a data-driven culture across the business. This strategic leadership role involves owning planning processes, delivering actionable dashboards, and

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Significant FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Own and continually enhance management reporting and business performance analysis.
• Produce meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, People, Marketing and Finance teams to improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario planning for growth initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the FP&A team.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and analysis processes.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
