Job summary

FNZ is seeking a senior FP&A leader to head Planning & Forecasting in Edinburgh or London. You will own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, driving integrated financial planning across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

You’ll lead the planning team and oversee Anaplan implementation, partnering with executives to align financial plans with strategic priorities. You will influence senior stakeholders, provide actionable insights, and shape the organisation's planning capabilities in a

Qualified accountant or finance professional with strong FP&A and planning capabilities.
Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning in a complex org.
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead FNZ's annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range planning across the business.
Own governance, timeline and assumptions for planning with accountability across Finance.
Drive forecast accuracy, planning efficiency and financial transparency.
Lead scenario modelling and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
