Job summary

FNZ is seeking a Head of Planning & Forecasting to join our FP&A Finance team and lead financial planning across the organisation. This senior role requires strategic thinking, robust forecasting, and strong partnership with Executive leadership.

You’ll own budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, driving improvements in accuracy and decision support across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Hybrid work in Edinburgh or London is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FP&A leadership experience.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Partner with senior Finance, Commercial, Functions and Execs.
• Drive forecast accuracy, planning efficiency and financial transparency.
• Lead and develop the planning team and implement Anaplan.
