Allianz UK seeks a senior FP&A leader to shape financial strategy, planning, forecasting and performance insight for the business. This hybrid role can be based in London, Guildford or Bournemouth with 50% office attendance.

You will own annual planning, monthly/quarterly results, UK consolidation and Group reporting, delivering clear financial analysis for Executive and Board stakeholders. Lead a high-performing FP&A team and drive improvements across reporting and systems.

Formación

• Qualified Accountant or Actuary with professional designation.
• Experience leading planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Strong understanding of insurance sector financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual planning cycle and forecasting governance.
• Oversee development of planning infrastructure for efficient plan delivery.
• Lead monthly/quarterly UK consolidation and Group reporting.
• Provide high-quality financial analysis, insights and challenge for strategic decisions.
• Develop management information and performance reporting for Executive stakeholders.
• Challenge planning assumptions to optimise performance.
• Drive market, regulatory and competitive analysis for better insight.
• Build relationships across Finance, Actuarial, Pricing and Group stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and systems.
