FNZ Group in Edinburgh/London is seeking a Head of Planning & Forecasting to lead FP&A budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial and Executive leadership, guiding a high-performing planning team and driving continuous improvement.

This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong financial judgement and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for the Board.

Formación

• Qualified accountant or finance professional, ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Provide clear analysis of forecasts and financial drivers for senior executives and board-level audiences.
• Transform planning capabilities, including leading the implementation of Anaplan.
