Job summary

Mattioli Woods plc is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to shape strategic performance and drive finance-led transformation across the Group. You will partner with senior leaders to turn priorities into measurable financial outcomes, delivering high-quality insights, modelling and challenge.

In this hybrid, senior role you will own executive reporting, dashboards and performance management while supporting automation and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience in a complex group environment.
• Advanced financial modelling, analysis and scenario planning.
• Ability to present executive-level reporting and board materials.
• Experience guiding finance transformation, automation or reporting improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration.
• Leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to translate strategic priorities into financial plans.
• Provide financial insight, challenge and decision support across pricing, client growth and platform development.
• Lead detailed financial modelling to support investment cases and strategic initiatives.
• Own executive management information, performance reporting and dashboards.
• Support finance transformation through new systems, data flows and automated reporting.
• Track benefits, value realisation and performance against plans.
• Prepare clear Board and Executive Committee materials on financial and operational performance.
