Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an FP&A & Strategic Finance Lead in London to partner with the CFO and senior leadership. You will drive planning, performance analysis and key decision-making in a high-growth aerospace-related business.

Initially an individual contributor, the role will evolve into a leadership position as the company scales, with hands-on budgeting, forecasting and investor reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with 5+ years' FP&A/Strategic Finance experience.
• Experience in high-growth, tech-enabled or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Advanced financial modelling and strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable FP&A processes, systems and reporting for growth.
• Lead KPI tracking, performance monitoring and business insights.
• Own annual budgeting and forecasting across the organisation.
• Manage reforecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity and working capital.
• Prepare board-level reporting and financial analysis.
