Job summary

Windracers Ltd in London is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own finance planning and strategic analysis across the business. This hands-on role shapes a scalable FP&A function, builds a robust source of truth for performance drivers, and partners with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.

Initially an individual contributor role with high visibility, the position will evolve into a leadership position as the company scales and fundraising activities

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience across FP&A/strategic finance or similar analytical roles.
• Experience in a high-growth technology business; deeptech, robotics, aerospace or related sectors is a plus.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A tech stack and tool selection/implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A and strategic finance across the business.
• Build scalable FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and cash flow management.
• Deliver board and investor reporting materials and support fundraising activities.
