Job summary

ITRS is seeking a hands-on FP&A Lead to strengthen the Group FP&A team during a transformation. You will lead core reporting, forecasting and management accounting deliverables while improving data and processes underneath them.

Our systems are evolving; you will shape the finance function as it matures, interacting with the executive team and PE investors. This is a highly visible role with immediate impact.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA / CIMA) with 3–5 years post-qualification experience.
• Excel and financial modelling skills; advanced formulas and robust P&L/balance sheet modelling.
• Solid management accounting grounding with month-end, accruals and variance analysis.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience presenting complex financial information to finance and non-finance audiences, including PowerPoint decks.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and management accounts preparation and improvement.
• Variance analysis against budget and forecasts with driver narratives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Build and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses.
• Partner with commercial and operational leads on cost management and business cases.
