Job summary

ITRS Insights is seeking an hands-on FP&A Lead to strengthen the Group FP&A function during a transformative period. You will own core reporting, forecasting and management accounting while improving underlying data and processes.

You will report to the Global Head of FP&A and collaborate with the finance team, commercial leaders, and executive stakeholders. This senior, visible role offers immediate impact and exposure to leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Strong grounding in management accounting, month-end close, accruals and variance analysis.
• Experience cleaning, reconciling and validating large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience presenting complex financial information to finance and non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, KPI packs and Board materials with the finance team.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year with driver narratives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Build and maintain robust financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams on cost management and business cases.
