Job summary

Finatal, in partnership with a fast-growing, PE-backed technology business, is seeking an FP&A Director to lead planning, forecasting and performance management across the group. Reporting to the CFO and collaborating with senior leaders, you will build robust financial models, provide actionable insights, support board reporting and drive data-led decision making as the business scales internationally.

This is a high-visibility, strategic finance role suitable for a commercially minded finance

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance experience.
• Experience in software, technology, SaaS or PE-backed environments is highly desirable.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop robust financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Produce insightful monthly management reporting and KPI analysis.
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support board reporting and investor communications.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve business performance.
• Develop and enhance financial planning, reporting and forecasting processes.
• Drive a data-led approach to performance management across the organisation.
• Provide financial support for growth initiatives and strategic projects.
